While house hunting, it’s a good idea to make notes about what you see because viewing several properties at a time can be confusing. Keep track of your search, organize your thoughts and record your impressions. Before you begin the home buying process, resolve to act promptly when you find the right house. Every estate agent has stories to tell about a couple who looked far wide for their dream home, finally found it, and then revealed that “we love this house, so we’ll discuss among ourselves and make an offer tomorrow.” Many times the story has a sad ending – someone else came in that evening with an offer that was accepted.

Our initial duty begins with a search for and locates suitable properties in accordance with your instructions for consideration or viewing. We provide reasonable assistance and advice to you throughout the process of purchase of the Property. As Buyer’s agent, we represent you in negotiations with any potential Seller in accordance with your instructions. We will promptly forward to you all offers, proposals or expressions of interest from potential Sellers or their agents. Your interest will be unaffected by any interest of the Estate Agents, Salesperson or any other person. We will assist you to enter into a binding agreement for sale and purchase with the Seller and reasonably explain to you all relevant forms and documents. However, if there is any doubt, we will advise you to seek advice from appropriate professionals. We will comply with all reasonable instructions and requests in relation to the transaction.
